John E. Chaquica, George Hills’ chief executive officer, and sole owner is well known for his innovation, industry knowledge, team building, and inspiring leadership. With over 35 years of experience in finance, risk and JPA management, he applies a virtually unmatched level of experience and talent to every problem. Before joining George Hills in 2008, John was CEO of Bickmore Risk Services and the audit partner at Gilbert Accountancy Corporation. Under his guidance at George Hills, the firm continues to grow and build a solid reputation as the preferred TPA of California public entities.

Mr. Rendig is an established Liability Specialist with public entities. He has decades of industry experience with a background that includes work for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, California Casualty and as George Hills’ account manager for the County of Sacramento.

Mr. Baber has over 36 years’ experience in the insurance claims and risk management industry primarily serving self-insured public and private clients. He has extensive expertise in managing large exposure/complex claims for both stand-alone and JPA pool clients. He is committed to providing his clients with innovative, high-quality claims administration services that add value and help drive down the total cost of their programs. Mr. Baber provides leadership, depth, and experience to George Hills’ growing business in Southern California.

Mr. Hunt has over 28 years’ experience in the insurance claims and risk management industry primarily serving self-insured public and private clients. Mr. Hunt earned a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science from California Polytechnic University, Pomona. He holds an Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation.

Ms. Huff has over 27 years of management-level experience in the insurance claims industry. She brings extensive public entity experience to the table– working in the public entity arena for the past 14 years. Ms. Huff earned her degree from the University of Santa Barbara. She holds an Associate in Claims-Management (AIC-M) designation.
