Our state-of-the-art training programs educate claim adjusters, clients and the public in today’s industry best practices.

Learn. Teach. Repeat.

It’s our philosophy to inspire and promote the pursuit of knowledge — This led to developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive and effective claim training program, aligning the vision, values, and goals of George Hills.

GHCU was launched through a Learning Management System (LMS) to provide continuous matriculation for our current and future employees as well as clients and the public. By utilizing internal and external resources, our program is cost-effective and presents relevant technical information.

Our training ensures all of our claims staff receives the necessary information and skills required to perform the duties of their position successfully.

PECP Certification Levels

Core Level — Adjuster or claims processor desiring to become an adjuster in the Public Entity sector — All George Hills adjusters are required to complete this level.

Advanced Level — More advanced and detailed topics designed for Senior adjusters, Supervisors, and Management.

Upon completion of the training courses and successfully passing the exam, individuals will be awarded a certificate and Public Entity Claims Professional (PECP) designation.

Public Entity Claims Professional — Risk Management (PECP-RM) Certification Program

We have created the PECP-RM designation that focuses on those in the public sector that may interface with the claim process, and have additional versions in development for other areas as well.
