CalMHSA Member Services Manager
The California Mental Health Services Authority (CalMHSA) is a Joint Powers of Authority (JPA) made up of California counties, formed to create a separate public entity to provide administrative and fiscal services in support of the members’ Mental/Behavioral Health Departments acting alone or in collaboration with other member counties.

The Member Services Manager plans, leads, and directs activities related to CalMHSA’s members services with the primary responsibility of maintaining, retaining, and growing relationships. You will meet with our members, prospective members, and our affiliates, exercising independent judgment and personal discretion on matters relating to member satisfaction, communication, liaison, and education on programs. This member-facing role works across CalMHSA to ensure service delivery exceeds member expectations and drives a superior member experience.

The position demands complete grasp of CalMHSA’s offerings, best practices, affiliates, and team. This individual is instrumental in developing short-term and long-term goals, externally with the member and internally the CalMHSA team. This position requires extensive travel to ensure meetings are held with members in their home counties.

Programmer Analyst – Sacramento
We are looking for a Programmer Analyst to play a key role in the security, quality assurance, and client service aspects of George Hills’ day-to-day claims management information system (CMIS) related adjusting activities. You will support internal and external clients with the use of our CMIS, data intelligence, and the creation of client and staff reports. Specifically, you will be responsible for the creation and customization of interfaces, reports, and processes in our CMIS system, and assist in the creation and maintenance of policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the company’s CMIS and business systems overall.

Claims Adjuster – Central Valley
We are looking for a Claims Adjuster to work directly with the assigned public entity client in the Central Valley, exercising independent judgment and personal discretion on matters related to general liability claims, claim management, and claims resolution/settlement to resolve issues facing the client. A four year college degree is preferred, with at least three (3) years’ experience with public entity claims, self-insurance, pooled insurance, or Joint Powers of Authority.
Please note: The client has requested that the adjuster reside within 60 miles of the City of Merced.

Claims Adjuster – Sonoma County
We are looking for a Claims Adjuster to provide support directly to the assigned public entity client in Sonoma County, exercising independent judgment and personal discretion on matters related to general liability claims, claim management and claims resolution/settlement to resolve issues facing the client. The candidate should possess comprehensive knowledge relating to the handling of public entity liability claims and at least three (3) years’ experience with insurance claims, self-insurance, pooled insurance, or Joint Powers Authorities.
