George Hills’ Legal Division includes two in-house attorneys and a JD. Our attorneys serve as Litigation Managers for the most complex and difficult claims and suits, applying their extensive experience in managing outside counsel and advising clients. Our attorneys work actively with city attorneys, city counsels, risk managers, and governing boards. The Litigation Division offers claims and litigation management training to our clients, as well as to JPAs, risk managers, adjusters, and other personnel.
Mr. Oram has been practicing law since 2010. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice in 2006 from California State University, Sacramento and then went on to obtain his California Juris Doctorate degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School Law in 2009.
Cornelius (Neil) Callahan, Esq. has 25 years of experience defending public entities on high profile claims in state and federal courts. In 1999, he began practicing law in California, where he served as lead trial counsel for public entities in the areas of civil rights, police practices, and dangerous condition defense.
