Ms. Amacker earned her master’s degree in Public Administration from California State University, Dominguez Hills in 2004. Just four years prior she began her insurance career with the County of Orange, where she was a Senior Claims Examiner for 14 years. Ms. Amacker has investigated, monitored, and maintained various aspects of the claims handling process. She is highly accomplished at interpreting government rules and policies governing public sector labor and employee relations, EEOC and affirmative action principles, AD, HIP, Peace Officer Bill of Rights, and Labor Code 4850.
